The decision to charter a yacht is a personal choice depending on your budget, group size, and specific needs. This will help you find the right yacht that best suit your preferences and vacation needs. Take into consideration the number of guests accompanying you, the type of activities you want to enjoy, the facilities you want on board and other special preferences when selecting the yacht that you should charter. Q. What is the charter booking process?

A. With Yachts Acapulco, booking your own private yacht charter is very simple and easy. If you know what kind of yacht will best suit your vacation needs, you may browse our Luxury Yacht page and let us know which one it is. If your selected yacht is available for the dates you're specifying, we will prepare and send you a Charter Agreement detailing the yacht, your chosen dates, location, cruising area and cost. This Charter Contract will be sent to you via email so that you can make a payment via your credit card or Paypal. Q. What is the cost of a crewed charter?

A. The cost of crewed charter may vary depending on the type of yacht (power, motor or sail), size of vessel, the number of people on board, the charter time and the duration of the charter. It is not possible to provide you charter cost unless you send your specifications to us via email or over phone. Once you send us your charter requirements, we will provide you with a detailed quote based on your budget, the type of yacht and your needs.

Q. Can I specify the food and wine to be served aboard the yacht?

A. At Yachts Acapulco, every detail counts. Once you book your yacht charter with us, we will ask you for complete details describing your preferences along with any other special needs. The food menu will be designed around your food preferences. You can specify specific dietary requirements & food allergies and our executive chefs will prepare the dishes requested by you. For an all-inclusive charter, alcoholic beverages such as wine, beer and champagne are part of your charter package. If you have very specific taste, please provide us with a list and provide as much advance notice as possible. At Yachts Acapulco we can handle specific food and beverage requests whenever time allows.

Q. How do we get to our chartered boat?

A. If given some prior notice, we can arrange transportation service for you & your guests to assist you in arriving to the port where your chartered vessel will be anchored at your scheduled time and returning at the end of your charter as well. If you wish to come on your own, please reach the port prior to the scheduled departure.

Q. What kind of water activities can we enjoy on our yacht vacation?

A. Depending on your Acapulco charter destination, you and your guests can enjoy different water sports activities including scuba diving, snorkeling, kayaking, swimming, fishing, jet skiing, sailing and the list goes on. All of our yachts are equipped with modern amenities and most can or do carry updated water sports equipment so that you can enjoy everything that Acapulco has to offer. You can specify the type of activities you wish to enjoy while booking your private yacht charter with us.

Q. What type of payment do you accept?

A. Upon confirming booking with us, Yachts Acapulco team will send you booking confirmation with payment information in the form of invoice via email. We accept payment by Paypal and Credit Cards. A booking deposit of 50% of the agreed total price is required to confirm your booking providing there is advanced notice in excess of a month with the remainder becoming due just prior to your charter date. If booking with less than a month, the full balance may be due at the time of booking.

Q. What are the cancellation terms?

A. Our charter contract specifies all the terms & conditions of the booking as well as the details about our cancellation policy. The charter agreement will document what happens in various circumstances if the charter is canceled. You may get 100% of your deposit if your charter is cancelled by your captain due to harsh weather conditions in your selected Acapulco destination all the way up until the day of your charter. However, if cancellation is due to some other reason on your part you must give us notice at least 2 weeks prior to the chartered date.

Q. What do we need to bring for our yacht charter vacation?

A. The keynote is simplicity and varies based on the term of your yacht charter. If you are on a day cruise, pack light with towels, swim suits, lotion, sun glasses, camera hat and any clothing that you may want to cover up with. For extended charters, several casual outfits along with the prior mentioned items should be sufficient, and supplement these items with any special travel or arrangements that you are specifying.

Q. Do I get something for referring my friends or colleagues?

A. Absolutely! You will receive an incentive of 10% discounted on your next charter when booking with Yachts Acapulco if you refer your friends or colleagues to us.
